The best dental office I've ever been to. Your entire staff is incredibly awesome and is meticulous about giving stellar care to me as a dental patient. I was accommodated by stupendous care givers right away when 60 other providers did nothing but tell me why they couldn't treat me! They also were thorough enough to check into what my insurance coverage and set me up with a long term maintenance plan and future ideas such as implants and whitening techniques. The hygienist was an absolute professionally perfectionist who was totally thorough and Amber and Carrie up front kept an "eagle eye" out for quick scheduling for my next procedures. I simply cannot say enough about my entire experience at Western NY Dental Group Lancaster!

The BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. Amber ( front desk) is so lovely. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone I knew I had found the right dentist for me. The hygienist that took my x-rays and did my cleaning was fabulous. She was gentle and very thorough. The Dr was very calming and explained what needed to be done. I needed to be numbed, I never felt the needle of the shot. It was an overall great experience.

Very happy with the care I received. Was told I had to have a tooth pulled. Went for my appointment and the dentist took a second look and said he didn’t see a need to take the tooth. They could have just did the extraction but they didn’t.

For the first time in a very long time had a great experience at the dentist. Amanda my hygienist was top notch, I could of fallen a sleep how gentle she was and I'm not a great flosser. Dr. Novak came in promptly and examined me, very professional and to the point.

Never going back!! Took way too long for a cleaning and fluoride treatment!! Hygienist the whole time pushing more x rays and trying to get me to get implants or a bridge! Only 1!Dentist at this place and had to wait for him to come back from lunch to check my teeth! Then the fluoride treatment! More on my lips than teeth! Yep NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!
