Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for an in-depth, personalized recovery program. The attention to detail is unparalleled. I was struggling with lower back and hip pain after a lifting injury last year. I went to other PT places but none of them helped me how I needed. Anthony did wonders for me, diagnosed areas of concern immediately that I had never even heard of from the other PTs, and worked with me in longer, personalized sessions. He curated exercises to fit my needs, checked in often, and adjusted after each visit based on my feedback and lifestyle. Not only did he fix my pain, he helped me realize how my daily movements and habits were impacting my recovery and were setting me up for more injuries down the road. Anthony helped me recover from my ankle injury and tendinitis. I wasn’t able to walk on it at all when we started and now it’s 100% with no pain. It was satisfying having my ankle evaluated every session and seeing the progress I made. He also helped me with my hips and knees. If you want to fully recover and not have injuries linger, I recommend Albano Movement over traditional PT. He’s my go-to whenever I have an injury.

I came to Anthony with SO many issues (at least i think it was a lot). I had sternum issues, tear in my shoulder which caused a ton of other issues in my back and neck, and hip issues. I’ve worked with him for approximately 6 months and I’ve now been discharged with no issues at all.
