Windsong Lancaster

I took my daughter, who has Down Syndrome, to get some x-rays done. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go because she can be a handful sometimes and stubborn. Everyone was so nice from the moment we stepped in and made me and my daughter feel welcomed. The receptionist was so patient as we checked in and asked my daughter questions directly (which may seem like a small thing but it shows so much dignity and humanity to my daughter). The technicians were warm and kind and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Shannon yesterday for my first mammogram. This was for preventative purposes, but I was unsure of what to expect. She thoroughly explained the process and checked in with me after each image to ensure I was doing OK. At her recommendation, I booked a followup for an ultrasound mammogram on my way out, as she suspected they'll need me to come back for more complete imaging. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The facility is also clean and welcoming, with changing rooms that don't feel like they're in a medical facility. I plan to return to this location for routine mammograms. If I ever need imaging to address a concern, these kind, professional people are exactly who I want to handle it.

Windsong has the most compassionate, kind and helpful employees. They don't make you feel like you are a number and they don't rush you. There truly there for the patients and are so helpful. I am always blown away by there character everytime I am there. I highly recommend them! 👌 You will NOT be disappointed!

Such a nice staff! They talked to me like they knew me even though I've never been there before. I would highly recommend going here, solely on the staff that work there. They get you in and out so quick, you totally forget about what's happening, bc they conversate with you and it's a great distraction for people like me, who get nervous. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, was like 10 mins. I wish all my medical appointments were this easy! 10/10

The best out of all the Windsong locations! After bad experiences at the Williamsville & Orchard Park locations, I had almost given up on Windsong. Their Transit location changed my mind! Friendly & courteous staff. Reasonable wait times. Knowledgeable technicians who work quickly, and make you feel as comfortable as is possible in the situation.
