⭐️ ZERO STARS — AVOID THIS PRACTICE My experience with Wilson’s Dental of Catskill, NY and Dr. Errol Wilson has been nothing short of negligent, misleading, and deeply frustrating. In early June, I contacted Dr. Wilson’s office to schedule an appointment as a new patient due to ongoing oral pain and discomfort. I initially spoke with his wife, who gathered all of my insurance and personal information and stated she would call me back once she confirmed whether my insurance was accepted. Nearly a week later, she called to say my insurance was verified and accepted, and I was booked for an appointment on June 26. At the appointment, I filled out all required forms, again provided my insurance and ID, and was greeted by a receptionist named Laurie, whose demeanor was cold, unprofessional,

Dentist office is a nightmare… waited two days for amoxicillin and then dentist refused to give it to me for infection because of my heart murmur. If you have a heart murmur or know anything about medicine amoxicillin is always given to people with a heart murmur. Have to go to the hospital where they had me report the office and dentist in due to lack of treating a patient who have an infection and symptoms got worse. If you value your live don’t go here. I have friends who work with dentist and they stated he was rude and unprofessional. Claiming I smoked and was lying then does the exam to say oh you don’t smoke. Told them I need a root canal and was asked who diagnosed me… are you serious. I have two done already and you know if need a root canal that pain is unbearable.

The staff here has been good to me. They do a very good job. Not just the dentist, but the whole staff. They helped me turn my health around for the better.

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for several years. I have always loved him, and thought I would never work with another dentist. I was even traveling an hour and a half to see him after I moved. However, a recent event revealed aside of the practice that I was unaware of. Putting money over a patient’s health and well-being. Dr. Wilson missed a tooth that was cracking. Even when I brought his attention to the tooth because food was getting stuck in a place that it never had before. After six months at my next visit, he looked at it again and said that I had a big hole there that needed a filling. I went in to get it filled, and he realized it was cracked and I needed a root canal. He gave me a referral and said when the root canal was done, I would come b
