The Pines at Catskill Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

This is the first day that my friend John is at the Pines. We were welcomed Warmly. The staff has been very nice. The meals have been good. I have good impressions!

I’m up from Florida and visited my aunt for the first time since she moved to this facility. A much nicer place than the previous. Also, clean smelling. 👍🏻. I arrived prior to dinner, but was there when dinner was served and it looked and smelled tasty. I wish the rooms were a little bigger, but all in all a nice place to call home.

I’m very thankful for the social worker Gigi who helped care for my mother during her recent stay. She showed kindness, patience, and professionalism every step of the way, and made sure our concerns were addressed. It gave our family peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one in need.

My husband is at The Pines for rehab after back surgery. PT staff are excellent, very nice and empathetic. The rooms are clean, the food is very good. The nurses, CNA's and other staff are all courteous and work hard to make their patients comfortable. Overall the building is in a great country location and is just down the road from Thruway exit 21. The only negative thing I would say is that they are short of CNA staff at times but nurses and other staff help out when needed. They could do with a better list of CNA'S on-call. On the Rehab floor the CNA'S, Nurses and PT and OT work hard to fulfill their patients needs with smile, joke or an encouraging "good job" or "you can do it" attitude. As soon as you walk in you are happily greeted! The social work department, the business department , the nurse, the aides, the maintenance crew. Everyone is so happy and lovely. My grandmother’s favorite rehab! Thank you all
