WellNow Urgent Care

I brought my grandson in to be evaluated he was so sick. They were friendly and very through. They made my autistic grandson comfortable during the flu test and everything. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Very clean and nice place. Bonus they have a slushie machine, you can have one for free. Such a great atmosphere.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was friendly & inviting. Brittany was at the front desk who greeted us immediately & with a huge smile. She was very kind, helpful, courteous and pleasant. Hanna did my intake and was also very kind courteous and pleasant. Lastly, Patty was my provider. She was very attentive, professional, courteous and caring. This was my first visit to WellNow and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. These 3 ladies are to be commended for being so kind, helpful, attentive and courteous. You do not see that much these days anywhere you go especially not a doctor's office. I highly recommend that if you need medical attention and your doctor's office has told you they can't get you in for a week or more to go to WellNow for care. I'd give them

I didn’t pre register, as I didn’t know that was an option. Being that it was a day after the holiday I expected extended wait time. When I arrived I was told that it would be an hour or so. Front desk was pleasant informative and helpful. My total wait was about an hour or so before I got in. Nurse checked me immediately, and I waited another 20 min or so for a dr. Both nurse and a doctor were helpful and pleasant. Apart from the wait time, everything was good. My meds were sent to the correct pharmacy, upon starting meds my condition improved significantly.

My visit at WellNow Urgent Care was beyond what I expected. The receptionist at the front desk was very warm and kind in getting me checked in. The nurse who took my vitals was very attentive,.kind and professional. The PA named Patricia was very attentive, explained everything to me of my diagnosis, and that meant so much to me. She was professional and courteous and respectful of my care. I highly recommend this urgent Care facility as the best one in this area. Thank you all for your professional service and care.

The best urgent care experience that I have ever encountered. Clean and welcoming, friendly front end staff. I saw Doug the PA and he was great. Happy to have this wellnow staff in this location
