Price Chopper Pharmacy

Very nice and helpful people at this convenient pharmacy located inside a great grocery store!

I will never set foot in that store or pharmacy ever again! They were told SEVERAL months ago, even before we switched pharmacies, we do not want the automatic refills on our medications. Well, they didn't comply with it. My husband had a vital heart medication because he has a severe chronic heart condition, and the medication is vital for him to have. When he called his doctor to have the medication sent to our present pharmacy to get filled there, it took 10 DAYS to get the situation rectified! We had a similar situation last month with my husband's medications, and told them then that we will no longer be using their services, and to cancel ALL OF OUR MEDICATIONS! They never did! Right now, as I am waiting for the medication to finally get filled by our current pharmacy. Right no

The pharmacist here - and his entire staff - go way above and beyond their scope of duty to accommodate the customer. They have contacted my other pharmacy to get prescriptions transferred, worked with my insurance, contacted my doctor, etc. And - due to my strict, limited insurance plan - I wasn't even a regular customer here at the time! I now go here whenever possible because they are so nice and helpful.

I've always loved shopping in Pricechopper. Yesterday I dealt with John in the pharmacy. He is the most friendly, cheerful, kind helpful person. He is a HUGE asset to your business in these times of difficulty. I'm so grateful for John.

I would choose zero stars but I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone there's too many people trying to play Dr. They will do anything possible to make sure u dont get your Rx they are miserable older women who works there with the look of death and matt one of the pharmacists he truely is on a power Trip and will go through anything to ensure there's a issue with your script. One other pharmacist there is great but is not there much named John he is definitely helpful and friendly.
