The staff here have never been anything but kind, understanding, patient, and willing to hear me out and help me feel heard. They take the time to explain what's happening, and make steps to ensure you feel as comfortable as you can be. The dentist's office has never been my favorite place, but the folks here make a clear effort and it shows. I haven't been to a dentist in years and they never once made me feel less than, or ashamed. Absolutely worth coming here.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist and dentist assigned were extremely helpful in developing a treatment plan.

I came in for a consult and was told I needed a cleaning and two fillings. They booked them out several months and added me to a waitlist which I appreciated. I was able to get both the cleaning and one filling so far. With that being said when they did the filling they made it too high. I understand mistakes get made, however, when I came in to have it fixed they charged me again for an office visit… It confuses me how they can make mistakes that require the patient to come back in just so they can be charged again. Seems shady. I paid the office visit and will be cancelling my next appointment and not returning.

Dr Steven's and his staff show so much compassion and understanding. His knowledge and expertise is greater than a five star. I cant thank him enough for all he's done for me.

Doctors are good, however, corporation communication and policies are terrible. I recently got one of my teeth removed and was scheduled for a Caries risk assessment. I live in Yakima, and at that time they didn't have a full-time dentist at that location, so I did a lot of traveling for this tooth. They also didn't offer teeth cleaning in Yakima at this time too, and since I'm perpetually busy, I decided I wanted to wait for a dentist to be hired in Yakima before getting my annual teeth cleaning. Unbeknownst to me this was an issue for them.
