Dr Cook is very professional and cares for his patients. He is approachable and listens to what patients have to say. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does. I came into his office and was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. When we started treatment, I was in considerable pain and walked with a bend to the side in my back. Dr Cook treated me by using traction that was computerized, very state of the art equipment. I believe this shows that he cares enough about his practice to invest in the proper tools. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. I believe you will get the treatment you need and be treated very well in the process.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Cook and I was very impressed. I was referred to him by my employer, and I know that several other employees see him also and are happy with his results. I have never had a chiropractor take so much time with me and be so informative. I really appreciated that. I was having a bad issue with my lower back and upper shoulder and neck. I was thoroughly worked over and could feel results during the session. I was impressed with Dr. Cook and will be returning. Would recommend to everyone for spine care .

Fantastic, i will definitely continue to come back. I’ve had horrible headaches, neck pain and sinus pressure, they were able to squeeze me in same day as they luckily had an opening and I felt relief after the adjustment. Dr was kind enough to walk me through some home exercises that would help and get me scheduled for a follow up next week. Great care and quick and efficient office staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I spent years going to different chiropractors in the area, some helped some made things worse. I unloaded and stocked shelves for many years, I spent many years hauling hay and shoveling manure. I had hip pain constantly, I tried physical therapy also, One day I couldn't even get out of bed due to the pain. I was driving down George Washington Way, when I saw Richland Spine and Disc. I went to my Dr. and told her I wanted to try decompression, she said it couldn't hurt. So, in December 2012 I went to see Dr Cook. He checked me over, had me get an MRI, that showed I had some herniated discs and set up a program of decompression. The best thing I ever did. To this day I have no more constant pain. Dr Cook is fantastic! I felt listened to and educated in a way I could understand. He is very thorough in his exam and treatment. I felt definite improvement after my adjustment. I will be back and would definitely recommend him to friends and family!
