Dr. Hair is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions. I have very bad vision and I wear gas permeable contacts which is less common - because he wears them too, he was able to relate and recommend exactly what I needed with contacts and glasses to suit my needs best. The staff at the desk, and for eye measuring and glasses fitting are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very welcoming and supportive first appointment!

Tri-City Eyes made the eye exam & glasses process for our 6 year old so easy & painless! They have pictures for their kids’ eye exam instead of letters so that isn’t a barrier for kids. Dr. Hair is great with kids & made the whole experience very chill & easy! The kids were excited they got hand stamps at the end & even more excited when they got their glasses that they came with a glasses cleaning cloth that had a cute dog on it! Love their attention to all the details in the process! Highly recommend!

I've been needing to get my eyes checked for a while, but didn't go because of a bad experience at a different optometrist office. My husband recommended this place to me recently. Wonderful experience. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

So my daughter was one of the kids who got donated a pair of glasses and the service is amazing. Even though the sponsorship ended with the school they were still nice enough to actually help my daughter out or tried to help her out to get her glasses. You guys are very much appreciated

A positive experience from the moment I called for an appointment to the time I walked out the door! Friendly, pleasant, efficient staff. I called on a Monday with a medical concern and they scheduled me for Wednesday! I was happily surprised how quickly they got me in. Dr. Hair was thorough, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was offered reassurance and left feeling relaxed and relieved. Great experience all the way around!
