We had a dental emergency on Christmas while visiting family in the tri-cities (worst timing ever) and we weren't sure if we needed to go to the ER or not or if it could wait for the morning. The emergency dentist at Badger Mountain (Dr. Braithwaite?) truly went above and beyond, responding with advice within the hour. Even though he was out of town and could not see us, he even referred us to a clinic he knew could help us the next day. What a stand up guy!! I cannot express just how grateful I am that he took time out of his holiday to get back to us. Thank you so much!!

I absolutely love Badger Mountain Dental. Dr. Braithwaite is exceptional at his profession and also just a good guy. The hygienists are friendly and professional and the reception/office staff are welcoming and on top of all things insurance related. I have never regretted choosing Badger Mountain Dental.

I am 48yrs old and terrified of the dentist. I even dread a cleaning. I decided to try BMD for a cleaning a couple of months ago because of the same day crown work and other reviews mentioning being comfortable with the staff. My cleaning was good. I was comfortable and as relaxed as I can be when sitting in the dental chair. My follow-up for a cavity was AMAZING! I forgot my ear buds. One of the staff offered me hers. The staff worked hard to get me set up and comfortable including turning on the massage chair for a distraction. They charged the ear buds for me and helped me sync them to my phone. They gave me a stress ball when they noticed my tension. Absolutely no pain at all. I didn't even feel the numbing shot, and the cavity work was painless and quick. They called me a couple
