The team here is amazing! Dr Ng and Thomas are super reasonable and trustworthy with all of our dental issues- and we absolutely LOVE Rachell! She is beyond the kindest and funnest to have clean our teeth…super thorough and genuine. Thank you all for your efforts to help us feel so comfortable in the dentist chair!

This was by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. From scheduling the appointment to checking in, the exam, the cleaning, and scheduling the next appointment all the staff was pleasant and proficient. The examination was the most thorough I have ever received, and the cleaning the most comfortable and gentle. I'm glad I listened to my children's recommendations and tried them out. I happily scheduled my next appointment with them. Dr. Ng and his staff are truly wonderful!

As a person who suffers from anxiety over dental visits, let me tell you, this team is amazing! No judgement. I felt that my state of mind was considered and cared for at all times. The staff was communicative about the procedure and a step by step was shared along the way. Aside from the dental care, the staff is incredibly welcoming and fun to hang out with, despite the nature of interaction. I was very happy with the care I received and will continue to see Dr. Sara for my dental needs.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ng and Dr. Thomas for the last 12 or so years. Both of these doctors are wonderful, caring dentists, and their whole staff is supportive and kind. I cannot imagine a better dental practice in the Tri-Cities!
