WholeBody Myofascial Release & Massage

I’ve researching the benefits o Mayofascial Massage for while now. It was my first time experiencing it. It was amazing. I had a discomfort/restriction in my leg for while that has been gone since. I felt so much space in my body and abs. I could not hold a crunch before as others places in my body was restricted. I feel more space. This massage will be a continuous resource to find alignment within my body. Erica was great.

My knee that had a total knee replacement in July felt so much better after the massage. Definitely relief in stiffness. It was like magic!

Erica has deep knowledge of anatomy and her massages target one’s aches and pains and at the same time relieve stress. I have been going to Erica for over ten years and highly recommend her. My preference is her deep tissue massages but I have also been the beneficiary of her myofascial release expertise.
