The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

I have filed a complaint with the NYS LTC Ombudsman regarding a family member's stay. After a fall in November and a week long hospital stay, she spent three months at the Enclave receiving the absolute minimum care for them to receive medicare payments, essentially just room and board instead of rehab. After three months she was unsafely discharged and fell again within six hours of her discharge. She was admitted to another rehab facility and it was then that we realized how awful the administration of the Enclave was. Once we saw how well the other facility operated, we realized we wasted three months thinking this place was normal. Don't be fooled by their rehab rating on the medicare listings. They are gaming the system in every way they can to get that rating and then providing

What a wonderful, positive environment. The staff has been encouraging, creating a cheerful atmosphere that makes recovery feel less daunting. At first I was nervous to leave my mom at The Concave but now I feel calm that she is okay there.

From the minute I walked through the front doors I felt that The Enclave was a prestigious facility. Rosemary was a pleasure to talk to. She made me feel more like a great friend than a potential fellow staff. Cara, was super informative. She answered any questions I had and made everything easy to understand. She made me feel right at home. The Front desk receptionist greets with smile and speaks to you in a friendly, professional tone. I could go on and on about the Enclave but I’ll just sum it up with “ Great Job Enclave👍🏼👍🏼”

Today I visited Enclave Rehabilitation at Rye. The environment is very calm and beautiful, the staffs are cheerful , receptionist is very kind , respectful and professional. I love the decorations , building and even the outside view of the street not too noisy, with the little experience I had today Enclave Rehabilitation is a fun place to be and will make your love one's feel at home. I so much love this place and I will 1 million times recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and responsible place for their love ones....

My uncle Tommy is in rm 218 and the staff there is wonderful … it’s his birthday today and 2. Nurses came in to sing to him I thought that was so sweet ! The place is very clean and everyone even the janitors were kind and welcoming !!!
