I agree with the comments about the staff treating patients terribly now, they use to be the best. Both my kids went there for 10 years. My favorite Dr. left anyways. I don’t recommend them ever again. I’ll not go back. The staff management is worse than the people they manage, they follow the leadership. They are extremely disrespectful.

All of my kids went to this practice from childhood through aging out. (~20 years.) And I was a part of this practice as a child. (40 + years.) The pediatricians are top notch. Office staff has become intolerable. Rude and condescending. I am a nurse and I could NEVER get away with speaking to my patients or their family the way that they do. It's unfortunate because I can not recommend them for my grandchildren, now. My youngest is about to age out. Frankly not dealing with the rude front end staff will be a relief.

Not going to get very far if you happen to get « Michelle » the receptionist on the phone. Having just moved here from TX with a 15 month old, it has been extremely stressful trying to find a pediatrician that takes new patients, takes our insurance, isn’t completely booked out until next December (my child needs shots so… can’t really wait can I?). I just can NOT for the life of me understand why people have to be straight up RUDE when I’m just asking questions and being polite. Michelle made it very clear that my call was highly inconvenient and kept trying to get me off the phone. Finally, I asked if I could take to someone else, to which she responded « they’re going to tell you the same thing I said ». I love Westside Pediatric. They are always patient with me and help me find the best answer for the issue with my kids. They take the extra step to follow up with my child's needs. My child's doctor just recently retired and I am happy with our new doctor. All the other doctors are wonderful too. I really trust all of their advice and my kids are lucky to have such an exceptional team to take care of them. All the ladies at the receptionist desk are so kind and go above and beyond what is necessary. I am grateful for everything that they do. I always feel in good hands!

Very sad . After being apart of this office for 32 years as a patient myself and now my children I have decided to leave . Not because of the doctors but the front staff is awful . Rude and they make you feel very unwelcome. All 3 of them that sit upfront . And even calling them to make an appointment is uncomfortable. It’s very sad because the doctors here are great and so are the nurses .
