Western New York Immediate Care - Depew

Original visit and 2nd visit I walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady at the window. Intake was quick and painless, facility is fantastic. Natalie took me back, took my blood pressure and my concerns which was needing a strep test and Flu. She was personable and friendly. My PA Dan came in shortly after with my test results, which were all negative. We discussed my options and I was out the door. I have a Well now .3 miles from me,and I drove across town to come to this Urgent Care. I Was given Antibiotic by Dan, who was very thorough, tested for COVID, Flu and strep. Dan was fantastic. I went back about 8 days later as my throat was still swollen and I was what I thought was wheezing, and my chest hurt a little. The first time I took a deep breath it hurt a bit 2 new symptoms.

The staff is fantastic So Nice I have gone here twice for terrible sinus infections and the nurses are very nice and the Dr's have a great bedside manor. I would recommend them to anyone. I went to Well Now never again. It's Immediate Care from now on and their pricing is very reasonable

Everyone was kind and caring. The doctor was amazing who actually took time to listen to me which is hard to find a male doctor who truly listens to a female. Even the X-ray technician was wonderful. I would recommend going there and definitely would go again if I ever needed to.

I’ve been coming here for a while. This past week was the worse visit I have had there. Receptionist was pleasant as always. However when I got to the back, I can hear them discussing me and other patients. The doctor on duty, didn’t even assess me. It was just a terrible experience. The lady that gives the discharge papers was rude. I don’t what was going on that day I know we are all human but the treatment was unacceptable. We’re coming there because we don’t feel well, the last thing we need is to feel pushed aside or overlooked. I expect better.

If I could give zero stars to this atrocious organization, I would. Came in tonight with severe dehydration, receptionist asked if I could give a urine sample. Mind you, I have not been able to ingest liquids, even water, for over 24 hours. Needless to say there was no urine sample to give. Then I wait in the triage room, am told I need IV fluids. Nurse comes in and tries only TWO TIMES to start the IV, then says “sorry, there’s no one else to do it”. Told to go home. As soon as I leave the office, the staff locks everything down. They were clearly not interested in helping me with my ailment, all they care about is getting home on time. I will never in a million years recommend WNY Immediate Care. Maybe try learning what quality care is before you advertise a business promoting it.
