Western New York Dental Group Henrietta: Jefferson Road

I waited a long time just to get a dental cleaning appointment. I arrived on time that morning and was told the DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP, and then asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was honestly shocked. this is completely unprofessional. I won’t waste my time here again.

As someone who has struggled for years with periodontal disease, dental cleanings have always been difficult and uncomfortable for me, especially when it comes to the deep treatments my gums require. Unfortunately one of the women at the front desk was not very professional. Blowing her nose incredibly loud, and laughing hysterically after we asked to reschedule our appointment. Did not seem like she was a good for front desk.

So far not a good experience as a new patient. I had to wait a month for my first appointment, which was supposed to be a consultation and cleaning. My appointment was at 5, I got there 10 min early to do new patient paperwork, which they didn’t have me do surprisingly. They didn’t see me until 5:30, and then had the hygienist fill the new patient form with me while I’m on the chair. They did the consultation, took 2 x-rays and asked me to have my previous dental office send them my most recent x-rays for the rest of my mouth, and then prescribed me medicine. No cleaning done, they slugged around, and basically pushed me out at 6 when they closed. I had my X-rays sent and then I called for a follow up and to schedule a cleaning, but they don’t have an opening until November and basically s

Dr. Levine was so thorough, explaining all the tests and possible reasons for my tooth pain. He gave me options and answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend him. The staff were all very nice and helpful too!
