I had a tooth extraction from Dr. James Roger. The appointment couldn't have gone any better. Dr Roger is a great oral surgeon. He is very friendly and personable which put me at ease. He was very reassuring about everything during the appointment and about the extraction. The appointment went very well and on time. I was provided with all the relevant information about after care and the scripts were written and sent to my pharmacist immediately. The entire staff at this location is just great. Always friendly and welcoming. The appointment times are on schedule with very little wait time. I can't say enough about the services rendered at WNY Dental Depew. *also, loved the holiday decorations too! Cheers to whoever did the decorating.

The hygienist, Abby worked on me. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. Treated me like a child. I'm a 71 year old woman. At one point she rolled her eyes because I was gagging and had to stop for a bit. She then told me there was a terrible odor coming from my back tooth (she was wearing a mask!) Came home and asked my family if they smelled it. They could not smell anything. They also scheduled scaling of my teeth twice in 3 months. Was informed by my insurance that they only cover it once every 6 months. I will not return to that facility.

I had to get my wisdom tooth out today and I was extremely nervous to do so. Dr. Roger and his team did such an amazing job making the process super quick and honestly painless. They were really personable and put me at ease. It’s only day 1 of my recovery but I have almost no pain at all. Dr. Roger went out and shook my boyfriend’s hand who drove me and took the time to explain how the procedure went and what my recovery would be like and everything I would need. I just wanted to leave a review to show my gratitude for the experience and for making something I was scared about so easy. Thank you!

My fiancee had a 9am appointment on February 27th. She had to take the whole day off, drove an hour and a half there to be told the dentist wasn't in. Instead of calling her, they only text her and we dont get the message because we're driving. That is BS! They need to CALL YOU to make sure you know your appointment has been canceled. Oh, but to remind you of your upcoming appointment they'll call and text you several times!

Honestly, this place blows. I got charged for stuff my dental insurance fully covers and had to figure out on my own how to get reimbursed. No help from them at all — they just kept saying “it’ll get done” without actually explaining anything. For some reason, they were quoting me hundreds to thousands out of pocket after insurance, which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I ended up taking my x-rays to another dentist and, surprise, the cost was way lower. When I called to double-check the estimate, they told me it’d take up to 4 weeks to hear back. I asked them to check anyway, and guess what — the insurance had already responded. So basically, they were just going to let me wait for no reason. Somehow, my out of pocket cost is still egregious and they apparently have a special contra
