I went there to have 3 wisdom teeth extracted and can say that it was a very positive experience. The staff is welcoming an accommodating and go out of their way to alleviate any concerns you have. The entire process from receiving anesthesia to the final tooth being pulled took at most 20 to 25 minutes which was awesome. Obviously there was some soreness over the next few days after the procedure but Dr. Birchfield maintained contact with me to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Although no one wants to have teeth pulled if I was to have to have this procedure repeated WNY Dental would be my Dentist of choice.

The care I received from Dr. Burchfield was excellent. I had my wisdom teeth removed with general anesthetic only, in under 30 minutes. I was extremely nervous about any pain but there was none. Professional and efficient.

Dr. Burchfield is one in a million. I was referred to have a truth extracted and he took the time out of his day to call me and advised to not have it done. To have a medical professional treat you in the best way for you, instead of the best way to make money for them, is a wonderful experience. Hats off to Dr. Enderline, my primary and Dr. Burchfield of Western New York Dental for taking such great care of me and my family.

Dr. Jeffrey Levine did an amazing job with my root canal. The procedure was much smoother and quicker than I had anticipated. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease thanks to the friendly staff and the calming environment. The endodontist explained each step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. It's reassuring to know that my dental health is in such capable hands, and I won't hesitate to return for any future needs.

Got all four wisdom teeth out Friday and it’s Sunday now. Let me start with I HATEEEEEE THE DENTIST. However everyone is so nice there, and they did a perfect job with my teeth extraction. Little pain on day three an almost no swelling. They worked with me through everything even when the first scheduled appointment I couldn’t get my teeth pulled cause of my blood pressure, once I corrected the issue they had me takin care of that week. This will be my forever dentist.
