This place violates HIPPA. I have received solicitous texts from them, though the only time I’ve ever had dental work was braces and getting my wisdom teeth out (over 15 years ago). So folks, read the fine print and sign something that clearly states you don’t want them to solicit you. This practice is unethical, and violates their legal mandate to protect and maintain their client’s privacy. If I had changed my phone number in the last 15 years, they would have sent a message to some random person, literally telling them that I was their patient at some point. Yuck
