Life Care Center of Wilbraham

This was my first visit. My first impression was favorable. The air was fresh and the environment clean. The rooms are small and there was no chair for visitors. I guess we’ll try the day room next time. I wish there was an activity room with a pool table or air hockey. The residents seemed capable. I know my friend would love the addition. He told me the food is good and there’s some wonderful employees that really help him out. 12/12/25 I’ve visited my friend a few times now…and each time I’m a little more impressed. I was allowed to sit in on one of his physical therapy sessions… those people are just fantastic! Now that I have nothing to lose here I go . I’ll give 2 stars because some of the staff was amazing BUT taking away bed alarms and over medicating patients with benzos to keep them calm IS NOT REHAB, nor is it SKILLED nursing . How about Mr. Or Mrs. CEO/COO manage all those patients and their safety, how about YOU do 15 min safety checks while being short staffed and completing every other task you’re responsible for . BED ALARMS ARE NECESSARY AND VERY BENEFICIAL WHEN USED APPROPRIATELY. Can we also not go to work to care for humans smelling like we just hot boxed a blunt while in the parking lot . To the mean blond lady , PATIENTS TAKE PRIORITY, pick up your damn trays later , I can’t imagine how you speak to patients when family isn’t there given how comfortable you were speaking to me t

My mom recently moved to Lifecare and we couldn't be happier.Our experience so far has been a pleasure.She seems happy and the staff has been very professional,out going and generally caring about the patients. Shes eating more than usual the food is so much better then the previous place.We are still new to their policies and procedures but they do not disappoint ! I highly recommend them for the best quality care for your loved one.It has put our minds at ease knowing she is truely getting the care she needs.Thanks for the fantastic care to all of Lifecare in wilbraham keep up the great work !! My 93 year old mother in-law broke her femur and thankfully landed at Life Care In Wilbraham for rehab. All of the staff have been wonderful, caring and attentive. It starts at the front desk and continues with her nurses, cna's, PT/OT, even environmental services. I couldn't be happier with her progress.

I had a good visit today. My brother is improving. Thank you. Sunday, another good day. But we are looking forward to knowing when he will be able to go home. Thanks.
