I was disappointed with my service. The technician was nice but very new on job. She did ask if there was any issues. In the past there was always care taken, this week l was just asked to take aids out and place then on the desk, then they were picked up without any gloves or Kleenex and taken to be cleaned. When they were returned to me again placing them directly on desk. I questioned why there was still wax in the channel when I thought I was there to have them cleaned, which always happened in past. I was told that she had wiped the outside? She did answer some questions I had with the interaction between my aids and IPhone.
