Urgent Care of Wilbraham

Excellent customer service. The best care I've received at an urgent care. Everything is extremely clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. They got me in and out and I didn't have to wait at all. Highly recommend and appreciate the timely manner of service and the great/clean environment and customer service. Doctor was great, very nice and described everything perfectly.

I've been to this walk in clinic a few times over the years and I've never had a bad experience. They receptionists are always kind and patient. Same with the nurses. I always see the same two doctors and they are amazing. They make you feel very comfortable. I came in once in the morning and got a room right away. When I did have to wait it wasn't too long. I also LOVE the posters you see in the office and in the rooms just reminding you to treat staff with respect. I have alot of respect for any office/company that backs its workers up. Customers aren't always right and we need to respect the people who are there to help us. Side note: I'm always impressed with how clean they are. I know it's medical facility but I have been to some nasty ones.

Everyone was so, so amazing and kind there. They made a stressful experience so much easier to deal with. The Dr went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things. And this is the regular experience there- I happily drive past closer urgent cares to go to this one.

The entire experience was seamless. From booking online, checking out, and even picking up the RX. Mike/PA was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. The staff was friendly, and upbeat. The office was clean and modern. I intend to recommend the Urgent Care in Wilbraham to those who may need their services.

I have been to this location twice now and both experiences have been wonderful. I was seen quickly and they took great care of my young niece. Everyone that works there is compassionate and very helpful.
