We've been taking our cats and dogs here for years. Besides being very thorough in healthcare and loving on each and every animal, they are very compassionate towards us when we have concerns or questions. From the Doctor to the Vet Techs to the ladies at the Front Desk it's as smooth as a vet visit can go.

Friendly and efficient to both animals on their first visits after moving. After moving to the area I was still driving two hours round-trip for veterinary visits until my nephew and friend both recommended WAH. It took a bit for a new patient appointment and transfer of records communication could have been smoother, but all was worth it in the end!

It’s been over a month and an additional 24hrs after the follow up call for a medication to be called in for my dog. I had to cancel an important dr appointment because they have yet to fill it and my dog can’t travel without it. Additionally another time they had me come in for an unnecessary emergency visit only to tell me it’s completely fine which you could see from the numerous photos I sent. The only time they are attentive is when they are making money.

After bringing our Chihuahuas here and saw the best care they can ever have we decided to bring Milly here. We had a prior bad experience at a Pet Vet for Milly. To the point where she was traumatize to get in her carrier. Coming to Wilbraham Animal Hospital was the complete opposite. The Vet treated her with patience, love and care. He worked with herat her own timing. Milly felt very comfortable being around them. I loved it, got all my questions answered and he was very kind, friendly and patient.

Experience was great, but twice the price compared to my old vet. Probably will just make the further drive to the old vet instead. Doctor and nurse is great but like I said, too pricey for a well visit imo. Prior vets quoted me 180$ less with the same stuff.
