Westchester Medical Center-Department of Orthopedic Surgery

I was referred to the office with Dr. Zelazny after breaking my wrist on 8/28. I was set for an appointment a week and a half later on 9/8, but once I arrived for my appointment they told me they switched my appointment day/ time to 9/7 and I was considered a “no show” when I was unaware of the switch in the first place. They stated they tried to reach me, but I had no missed call or voicemail. The office switched my appointment without a confirmation on my end and the earliest they can reschedule me is two whole weeks after my arm broke. IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS INJURY, DO NOT GO HERE.
