Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy at Westchester Medical Center

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Ryan at the Walgreens inside Westchester Medical. I was having a hard time finding a pharmacy that had my prescription in stock due to supplier shortages, and he went above and beyond to help. Instead of just telling me they were out, Ryan took the time to check availability, call around, and help me locate another pharmacy that could fill my medication. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly patient, and truly cared about making sure I got what I needed. In a time when customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, Ryan stood out.
