I wish I could give you negative stars To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment my 71-year-old mother received during her recent and past interactions with your hospital, most recently on February 18, 2026. My mother presented to the hospital due to severe and worsening lower back pain accompanied by loss of sensation. As a result of this condition, she has experienced incontinence and has been forced to remain largely homebound for over a year, significantly affecting her quality of life and dignity. To provide context, her current condition is linked to prior surgical care performed by Dr. Rifat Latifi, who removed a pain-management device that had previously been implanted. The staff at this hospital are truly outstanding—professional, kind, and very attentive, been here twice for ambulatory surgeries, and both experiences were smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The medical team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The care I received was excellent, and the results were great both times. I’m very grateful for their dedication and highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality care.

I received a transplant there in August. I had the feeling that it wasn’t going to be a good experience. When I arrived by an ambulate two and half hours to get there the staff that greeted us was unaware we were coming so we had to wait to go up to the unit. When we finally arrived to the transplant unit, they didn’t have a bed for me. So I had to wait again. There are some really nice nurses and aide staff on that unit, but the ones are not so nice shines a bad light over the whole unit. There were some nurses who was downright rude, no matter what time of day they entered my room. Then the ones that will visually display their agitation or lack of patience, make comments that should not be said in front of a patient. They will tell you something like don’t move around assistance but hav

The ER Doctor was excellent, both knowledgable and thorough. And it was clear I was being treated as an individual patient. Treatment was well organized and comprehensive. Everyone involved, from admitting and discharge, to technicians and nurses, was excellent. The entire staff, despite the demands of their emergency room jobs, were very personable, and took the time to explain everything. The care was excellent.

The emergency room - Joey specifically, was awesome. He was supportive and kept me informed of next steps. The nurses and aids or very responsive. Doesn’t seem that the doctors talk to each other got different reports from each doctor that came in to see me.
