The front desk staff was warm, professional, and immediately put me at ease — a rare and appreciated first impression. Dr. Nancy Drewal and her outstanding dental assistant, Rebecca, were truly remarkable. I needed fairly extensive dental work, yet the entire visit was smooth and virtually pain-free. Dr. Drewal’s precision, confidence, and perfect use of numbing medication made the process feel effortless, while Rebecca’s calm and attentive support elevated the experience even further. They always make my teenagers feel welcomed, and most importantly, safe and comfortable. We've been trusting and depending on Dr M and Dr G with our dental needs for many years. Mari and the rest of the gang are welcoming and a joy to be around 😊. When my husband's insurance plan changed, he went to a different dentist office for a year. This year, we made sure to purchase the right insurance, so he could come back! There is a such big difference between practices, one you can trust with treatment plan that will help you understand your options and costs, versus another that will say you need to track your own coverage and then surprise you with unexpected costs. The best dentist I’ve ever been to! We have been coming here for 15 years and in our experience, West Washington Family Dentistry has never been short of fantastic. Dr. Grewal is pleasant, friendly, careful, and great at what she does. The staff is amazing and Rebecca is top notch! They are an amazing team, simply the best!
