Staff was great! Kind, respectful, efficient. Very clean office. Doctor was thorough and attentive as well as great bedside manner. Always a pleasure coming to this office for orthopedic care.

Dr. Gorgy is a skilled physician with a really good bedside manner. I get knee injections and don’t even feel the needle. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Gorgy.

Dr Shah listens to and addresses any concerns I have. Recently I had a spinal epidural and it went very well. I'm very happy with the care I receive.

Went in for a shoulder injury, and they scheduled an mri. They told me the out of pocket cost of the mri was $500. I get a letter from my insurance saying it was approved. Then the bill comes for $1800. When I called and asked about this they would only say this is the negotiated price with insurance. And since I haven’t hit my premium the insurance company is only covering 30 percent leaving me with a $1200 bill? So I have to pay $700 more because I have insurance.

This is specifically for the new building in Washington, NJ. There are no automatic doors for those with any accessibility aids. I’ve been in the waiting room with my grandmother for 5 minutes and have seen 3 people struggle with the door. This problem could easily be solved with the installation of an automatic door. It’s baffling to me that this wasn’t something that was thought about pre-construction. Please fix this ASAP and make your patients lives easier.
