Washington Animal Hospital has treated my pets for 20 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and caring. Appointments are always available when I need them, and wait time is always minimal.

Not only was the staff extremely kind to my cat who was very anxious about being at the vet, but they answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns. The staff is extremely kind, and they don’t push extra unnecessary charges onto you. I was quoted $990 for a dental cleaning at my prior vet, and here I was quoted $660 for both a dental cleaning and neutering procedure together. The prices and staff are the best I’ve experienced with any vet.

I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience was. The front desk staff, the Vet Tech, and the lovely doctor all worked in harmony to create an environment that truly put me at ease as a new dog mom. They took the time to listen to my questions and provided thoughtful recommendations, which really made me feel validated. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a caring place just minutes away. We took our 3 pound Chihuahua to Washington Animal hospital and we were called into the exam room almost as soon as we arrived. No waiting! The doctor and staff were so kind and friendly and loved our little dog. They were very professional and explained our dog's situation so we could understand what they were saying. We have been going there for years and Very Highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such good care of all of our animals!

Had to switch vets today due to several issues I've had over the last few years. Appointment times mean very little to the staff, and I've had to sit for up to 45 minutes to an hour which makes it very difficult to plan going during the work week. The front desk staff seems overwhelmed/understaffed and will literally sit there and ignore eye contact with you to avoid apologizing for potential overbookings on their part or even just saying "I'm so sorry that we are running behind" which usually is bare minimum. I also get told I need things for my dog that I assume are to rack up the amount of money I spend that then get contradicted by other staff members when it's no longer convenient for them. For example, I asked how often I needed to get my dog's anal glands expressed once they said he
