West Valley Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

First time my daughter has visited a dentist, and she loved it. The receptionist made me feel comfortable and was speedy as well as polite. The lady who helped my daughter was so kind and careful. (I’m embarrassed I forgot her name. Veronica Valdez was the patient.) The dentist was also very informative and seemed to treat his associates with respect. Thou as parents we know kids hate the dentist but I am excited for my girls next visit.

Its a nice welcoming environment, and very neat. They have a friendly staff and made me and my family felt welcomed.

Wish they had a dentist office like this when I was a kid. They have really went above and beyond in trying to cater to children. There are televisions to distract the kids while getting cleaned. They also have a nice surprise for the kids once complete. They are really great at explaining charges.

Everyone here is nice and professional. My son was comfortable the entire time but a little nervous dental assistant was very patient and verbal with him. Only thing that bothers me is there’s no privacy and you can hear what’s going on with the patients next to us. Especially when the dentist is speaking extremely loud when you’re right there. I was more comfortable speaking with the assistant who was more quiet and easy to talk to.
