Dr. Gomez, is very professional , She is my Cardiologist. She took the time to Ask me Questions about myself and my family medical History and listen to what I have to say. She told me the plan for my treatment and then said do you have any questions for me. She is very kind and made me feel relaxed when I come in for my appointment and always willing to answer any questions and always gets back to you when you need anything. Dr. Gomez and her staff are Great. I Highly recommend Dr. Gomez and Phoenix Heart to anyone who looking for a Cardiologist. I appreciate all you do. Thanks.

I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. They never answer the phone, and when you finally get through, the staff is extremely unhelpful. I needed a simple document signed for my health insurance, and they refused to sign it. For two months, I kept getting the runaround — they would say they’d take care of it, but nothing was ever done. After all that time and back-and-forth, they ultimately refused to sign it. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

I see Dr Parasher there and my parents saw Dr. Kaplan in another facility. High marks from me. The staff here, in this new facility, have been good to my family!

Horrible customer service from the lady who answered the phone for a new patient scheduling call. She REFUSED to tell me her name. She was very unprofessional and her attitude was nasty. Ended up going elsewhere! Definitely would never recommend anywhere that has terrible customer service especially scheduling being your first point of contact.

Dr. Gomes is great. From visit #1, I've been satisfied with the care I have received. She's nice, empathetic, down to earth and really made me feel comfortable. My only reason for not giving them five stars is that anytime I need to speak with someone directly associated with my care it's always days before they get back to me. I work in an extremely busy medical office and we get back to our patients within 24hrs always. It's always such a a hassle. Other than that it's great.
