Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry - Avondale

I recommend this location, my daughter was nervous coming in but the dental assistant assigned named Jackie , made my daughter feel comfortable and made her experience more relaxed. Jackie was very friendly and professional with kids and family . The dentist (Dr. Andrea) was very gentle and amazing with my daughter! Would recommend asking for them and booked next appointment already!

6 month cleanings are great. If that's all you require. However, our most recent experience with being referred out for a specialist was an absolute dumpster 🔥. They referred us to multiple offices over 7 months, that either: never called us back, didn't take children under 13 (my daughter is 9) or the doctor's were NOT specialists. Doctors, who then referred me out again for the same "specialist" that desert peidiatric dentistry referred us to that office for 🤦‍♀️ Massive waste of time and $. What is most frustrating to us, my daughter didn't need to suffer for 7 months with tooth pain. All desert pediatrics had to do was refer us to an Endontist Or at least tell me what "specialist" my daughter needed. Instead of gatekeeping and referring us to multiple other general dentistry practice

I stopped taking my kids here after the dentist said my son had a cavity and when we went back to do a fill, another dentist said that there was no cavity there in the first place and the other dentist lied. I decided to give them a second chance recently, only to show up at my appointment time and the recioptionist to look at me and tell me I didn't make an appointment. I then got an email saying I canceled my appointment...

Process delay for almost two years to get it where it “ supposed “, to be at!!!.. the different doctors my daughter went trough was very disappointing, every doctor had its own way to do things and correcting previous orthodontist job already done on my daughter, waste of time and so many headaches to deal with!!!.. after all treatment was paid off still took more than year to complete the job on my daughter!!. Not happy and not recommending this office!!!..

This place is on point and not forcing me into things I don't feel comfortable with. I had an appointment the morning after I called and my son had a cap that needed to be shaved and I didn't have to make another appointment just to do it. Looks like I'm going to bring all of my kids to this place. 5 stars??
