I had such a wonderful experience at Arizona Laser & Vein Clinic and truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and caring. The nurses had such a gentle, reassuring bedside manner and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The ultrasound technician was thorough and explained what they were doing, which really helped put me at ease. Susan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She handled all of my insurance and even took care of my short-term disability paperwork, which took so much stress off my shoulders. That kind of help is priceless. The care and treatment that I received from Dr. Charles Hecht and his staff were excellent. Staff was very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend Dr. Hecht.

Each visit has been fantastic. They get started right away explaining what is going to happen. They perform all pre procedure duties then the ultra sound tech and Dr. come in and perform the procedure quickly and efficiently. Then I was cleaned up bandaged and explained my aftercare instrucrtions. All professionally done in a reasonable amount of time. I have been very happy with the care I've received here ! ! !

The process was good virtually no pain during the procedure, other than a pinch when being stuck! Doctor has very good bed side manner and so does the nurses working with him! I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!

Had a great experience love the doctor he’s very knowledgeable kind and funny. The girls in the office are amazing so sweet welcoming and helpful. I definitely would recommend this office in Avondale thank you girls and thank you Dr. 😊
