Very poor service. The guy working in there Justin, he's about the rudest person I've met. I will be switching my care elsewhere
Used to be a good pharmacy, but here lately they've fallen. Not happy with the new staff. Big rapids doesn't have a good pharmacy in my opinion.
All of them women here are very nice and polite. If you have an outstanding balance they tell you first thing so there's no surprises and the doctors are very compassionate and understanding as well!
