Corewell Health Big Rapids Hospital Urgent Care - 215 Ave

I went into urgent care twice today. Once in the morning for myself, and once in the evening with my 5 month old daughter. Both experience were friendly, efficient, professional, and they answered all my questions. Special shout out to PA Garrett. Thank you so much for being so caring, thoughtful, and patient with my little girl.

Customer service is severely lacking in this healthcare system but so much so in this location, I feel that a review is necessary. I was immediately greeted by Amber C. at the check in station, to say that she was unpleasant and a poor representation for any company that is bothered with improving their patient experience. She was indifferent, cold and not who I would want to greet my customers at the door. Corewell may have many great staff who genuinely care for the people they serve, she is one I would not showcase at the front entrance. Do better Corewell.

I don't understand the negative reviews on this place. Everyone I've dealt with was great, not just this visit, but every time. From the receptionists, to the RN staff and the doctor. The wait was short. The doctor was thorough and seemed genuinely concerned. Thank you.

Terrible place we waited so long just for a doctor to come in. Was there for about 3 hours I think we lost track of time. This place is ment to waste your time tremendously. And when they reply to the reviews they are just lying in their review. This place needs better staff because it sucks. It's not urgent care it's waste your time care. Don't come to this place at all. This place needs to stop using lies in their responses and listen to reviews.

We were given the option to be seen virtually but still "in office" so that the wait tine would be shorter. It was very quick, staff was very friendly. The nurse sits in room with you to assist and take vitals for the Dr on the telemed screen. The CNA was giving me fun family things to do around the area since we just moved here as well. Highly satisfied!
