I called to make an appointment because I’m an existing patient. A rude receptionist named Vanessa said that because I hadn’t had an appointment in five years they now consider me a NEW patient…and the doctor isn’t taking any NEW patients. Apparently, as a human being, you need dental care every single year ten times a year. To say I was stunned is an absolute understatement. I have literally never been treated like that in any medical professional’s office, so something very odd is going on there. I have zero problem taking my money and business elsewhere cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone.

Rebecca Wagner is the worst Dentist I have been to! She and her team completely dropped the ball and never sent the referral to the surgeon so I could have my wisdom tooth pulled...then when the referral was sent, they didn’t include the xrays so we had to have the Surgeons office get on the phone with Professional Dental to get all the needed information. She never once introduced herself, and being a new patient that day I’m not sure why? Then I got the surgeon and he wouldn’t pull the wisdom tooth because it wasn’t a wisdom tooth issue it was a back molar that was bad. She literally did nothing but whack my insurance, I should of known by them being the only place within 50 miles to have any openings that there was probably a reason...go elsewhere!

Professional , excellent hygentis, Dr. Mathesen is gentle, does great work. Receptionist are sweet and friendly. Always call the day before so you don't forget the appointment.

Never seem to take new patients. Person picking up phone can’t ever tell you when they might take new patients

They are all very kind and they do good work.
