Wesley Gardens Rehab and Nursing Center

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is severely understaffed, and at the bottom of Department of Health inspections. No return calls from administration, nursing or Social Worker after 11 messages in 2 weeks. Lost ALL clothing twice ! And they do not care! Over 8 falls and only 3 reported to family after discussing with management. No supervised meals for a choking risk patient No shower, teeth brushed, basic care after 6 week stay. Building, lobby and staff all smell of Marijuana- Staff disinterested, rude, rough and bottom level. Have attorney involved and have called Department of Health multiple times. Do whatever you can to keep your loved ones out of this awful place. Nobody deserves to have their dignity stripped away and treated like trash. Worse nursing home in Monr

I do not like Renata at all and nobody answers the phone or transfer you correctly. They never contacted me about my family member well being there or being transferred there. A few pieces of her clothes are missing along with her CPAP machine which I am not going to be responsible to replace it. Then lied in my face saying they have it. Either the hospital or transport stole it. I do not like it. Then they acting like she only got one family member she has two. Please stop playing with me. Im not the one.

This place is Absolutely Horrible it's always Disgustingly Dirty!! Lazy CNA's hang around talking, being on their phones.. They DON'T answer call bells that's even if Residents have them. Every time I've gone up my family member is dressed like a five year old got my Mother dressed red shirt, green pants ridiculous!! Room is always Dirty, floors are sticky, bathroom in need of care!! I Wish I knew this Facility was this Bad,I would have never let my Mother stay there.. The Nurse Manager will NOT Call you back same goes for Social Worker.. This Place Should Be Closed By The State For Good!!

The staff at Wesly Gardens were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous on our recent vist to see our mother. Four generations flew out from California and Catherine the manager and Rick their social worker went out of their way to arrange a safe environment for the family and my mother. We reccomend this facility!
