My visit at Cherokee was good. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their kindness and patience. I was seen quickly. My health concerns were heard and addressed in a way that was easy to understand. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. Thank you for your care and hard work!

FANTASTIC! Matthew absolute slayed his visit with me. I was leaving the next day for a snowboard trip I had been saving up for, for years. Dr. M. Austin helped me discover that I was not going to die because of a false high potassium lab reading and upon doing another lab at the facility discovered I may potentially die from high creatinine / BUN reading. As you can see, I'm still alive. Thanks to God and Matt! Matt is a swell guy! Regardless of his high intelligence I would definitely suggest requesting him, mainly because he has a brilliant personality unlike the high percentile of providers that have never laughed or told a joke. Make sure to tell Matt I sent you!

EXCELLENT! I had an incredible experience at this urgent care. Doctor Austin and the entire staff were amazing from start to finish. I was seen quickly, treated with genuine care, and everything was explained to me clearly. Doctor Austin went above and beyond to make sure I understood my treatment and felt comfortable the whole time. The nurses and front desk were equally kind and efficient. I’m truly grateful for the level of care I received. This is definitely the urgent care I’ll be returning to and recommending to others.

Katrina at the front desk was completely delightful, helpful and kind. Ryan walked us back and he was also SUPER nice. Jade was our nurse in the exam room and she just LOVELY! She was so sweet, listened to me and my son and looks great in blue! Our Doctor was Dr.Thorton. He came in promptly, greeted us with a smile, listened to all of my concerns, engaged with my son and recommended treatment. He made us feel like the priority and not just a patient on a long list to get through that day. This is my 1st visit to this urgent care and I can tell you, I wont ever go anywhere else! The facility itself is clean, and well organized with all staff being genuinely kind and welcoming.

I just want to say today I was there early on a Sunday with my son who’s 5 he had a fever. Everyone was kind and helpful . They were patient with us and were able to get him everything he needed. Really are the best! And they deserve the best!
