Wellstar Cherokee Health Park

I love having the wellstar health park so close. The team at the facility is amazing! Especially the lobby front desk folks. They are always so friendly and helpful. That makes a big difference when you're already stressing about a doctor's appointment. Stephanie and Patrice were there this morning and as always greeted me with smiles and helpful attitudes. I had a great experience at Wellstar Cherokee Health Park! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this Health Park to anyone seeking quality care and exceptional customer service!!

I just saw Sydney A Colon for the first time because I didn’t want to wait to get an appt. She was amazing! Very thorough, professional, & caring. She asked questions and she listened to me. I am happy to have found a new NP.

Today I went for my routine physical and it was time for a tetanus vaccine update since I hadn't had one since 2008, a nurse and a nursing student helped provide my service but shortly after I passed out, fully blacked out. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in my time of need. I wanted to say thank you to all the ladies and gentlemen that were around me and helped me wake back up! Everyone was so concerned and really made me feel safe and cared for!

OBGYN - the front desk ladies are lovely. Today I saw Dr wu and she did the fastest easiest IUD insertion of all time. I came here for all my pre and post natal care for baby #3 and had a very good experience!! Shout out Dr Wu- she was excellent and so nice
