Northside Cherokee Pediatrics - Holly Springs

I am unsure why this practice has received so many negative reviews. Based on my experience, I have never had any issues with the office staff, including Ashley, who is frequently mentioned in reviews. She has always been kind and helpful. My daughter, now four years old, has been a patient here since birth. Dr. Rollins is wonderful—she answers all my questions thoroughly and provides honest, helpful guidance. More recently, we have been seeing Hannah, who is also excellent. My daughter loves her, and she is both efficient and attentive during sick visits. Additionally, the specialists we have been referred to through this practice, including a cardiologist and an ENT, have provided excellent care. The lady at the front desk I think her name is (Ashely) is very rude and unprofessional I still don’t know why she’s still working there. Dr Rollins was not personal at all, she was in and out in less than 10 mins. As new parents we expected more interaction and guidance from her, when we started talking to other new parents they told us this was not normal from a pediatrician. So we decided to stop going there and got a new pediatrician. We immediately saw the change, compassion and care from our current pediatrician. I do not recommend Dr Rollins or this place in general. Very disappointing coming from a healthcare provider I wouldn’t treat anybody the way we were treated in this place.

I absolutely adore Dr. Rollins. She was very personable and straight to the point. The MEDICAL staff was really nice to our family. HOWEVER, the front office staff are VERY rude. I normally do not write reviews but this is the 3rd time that my husband and I have dealt with the rudeness. It will not be tolerated. We are extremely nice people and we do not deserve to be handled roughly when trying to simply schedule an appointment for our toddler. I am currently seeking another pediatrician but it is NOT because of Dr. Rollins. She is wonderful, and the nurses there have been wonderful also. If you don't mind rude office staff, then perhaps this will be a good fit for you. I brought my daughter here for her first appointment after birth and her 2 month shots. When my daughter was switched to her Dad's insurance I called ahead to make sure it was in network just to be told, "just come in and bring the card" as if they knew they'd take it just fine. I told them the plan on the phone. Well, I show up with my husband and daughter just to be told they don't take it and we'd either have to leave it be self pay (a few hundred for her 4 month shots). I felt defeated and honestly mad as hell they didn't tell me that on the phone as I'd be anxious and prepared with questions for this visit. Now I have to find a new pediatrician and after being someone who did the same job as those front desk ladies I KNOW they could've taken the time to look it up ahead of time. Inste

The quality of care at this facility has diminished significantly since we first started taking our first-born here. The front desk staff is nonchalant at best, getting to see the pediatrician has become a privilege, and on more than a couple of occasions genuine health concerns we’ve had with our children were brushed off. I cannot recommend this facility to any parent, based on my experience. Because even though you can never expect anyone’s concern for your children to match your own the staff here doesn’t even make a meaningful attempt - not anymore.
