Markesha was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and understanding when I was being checked in with a rambunctious toddler. My toddler had fallen off the chair and she immediately grabbed an ice pack, toys, and offered a snack to help her cool down. I was so flustered and she completely understood. When meeting with Mr. Davis about my concerns he helped by listening, providing clarity, and had us in and out in a timely manner. I was provided thorough after care papers and a clinical visit summary. I would recommend Ofallon WellNow to anyone.

I made an appointment the day before, rushed over from work only to find out that appointments mean nothing!! I would have waited a couple hours before being scene. So, the next day I went to the well now with the least cars, I did make an appointment and was scene approximately 1 hour after my appointment. So, all and all, you need patience!! If you have patience you will be fine!! The doctors are thorough and everyone was cool!! Thank you! I feel a lot better!!!

NP Kristen was helpful and got right to the issue… unfortunately an hour after I checked in!! There was 1 person before me, and she waited nearly as long. Why? So my visit was subpar for an urgent care. The staff spends way too much time casually talking about personal matters NOT patient care. The intake agent made personal phone calls. They put me in a room and closed the door for 45 minutes. No update. Finally I went looking for help but nobody around. Was there a staff mtg? This facility needs much better personnel management and, when patients are there, ALL should be showing a sense of urgency and getting the NP or Dr to patients quicker. Or are you understaffed? Went to Urgent Care on yesterday, I was having some discomfort in my chest. The entire staff was awesome especially the lady tech and the doctor. They knew what they were doing and I felt comfortable when I left. The doctor told me what to do and now the discomfort is gone. I hope I don't have to see them again, but if I get sick I'm coming their way.
