Spring Spa

I was having almost unbearable pain in my neck and shoulder. I called and was able to get in right away. They did a great job and I was thankful they checked in during the massage to make sure the pressure was good and they were in the right place. My only suggestion would be a little better music, I think a bedtime playlist was on, other than that it was great.

Please stop going here if you have frequented they do not take there time to deliver a quality experience. I called to schedule a 90 min appointment. Which they confirmed. Now that have one lady who has done this before but is very rude, and loud, and is always in a hurry. Meaning she massages to fast and when you tell her to slow down she gets angry, she doesn’t massage very well either and I cringe when she says the other lady isint available or is very rude. I arrive for my 2 pm appt at 1:55 and was greeted at 2pm in the room. At 3:15 she told me all done and they still owed me 15 more minutes. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this establishment. I came in needing a hard and deep massage to get my muscles to stop being so taught. I haven’t been sleeping well due to the tightness. When I went in my masseuse checked on how intense I wanted the massage and then proceeded to help loosen every tight muscle for me. Came out of that massage feeling like a newborn baby! Thank you

Up until today, April 21, 2024 I would have rated this establishment higher. However, I want to warn all people of color to avoid this establishment. I believe that my experience today has shown that there are some employees and/or owners who may have racial bias. If you appear to be visibly Caucasian, then this is a great place to receive a massage.

This place is the best! Anna gives the best massages I have ever had. She is the only masseuse in the area that I have found that pushes hard enough for my liking. She also offers hot stones, cup therapy, and will walk on your back if you want. 10 out of 10 everytime!
