Total Access Urgent Care - O'Fallon, IL

This place is the BEST urgent care I've ever been to! And trust me, I've been to quite a few in multiple states. In the past year, I've visited this UC 3 or 4 times for myself, my wife and our child. Each time it was fast, care was great, and we got the care that we needed. Checking in online before hand is helpful, and also being able to get prescriptions filled on-site is very nice (it can be a pain to wait hours on Walgreens). Keep up the great work! Whatever you're doing.

Great experience. We pre-booked online and arrived to a ready staff. We had X-rays within 15 minutes and were done within a hour

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time we have had to go to Total Access in the past 2 months. Both times were a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind, professional, fast and efficient. We had a diagnosis and meds in under 1 hour. Thank you to all the staff for all of their care. You are appreciated.

The check in was very timely to finishing paperwork waited 5 min put in room no wait checked in , tests done and Dr did assessment.course of treatment reviewed and out the door in record time. Got in my vehicle and pharmacy sent text they were filling scripts. Now that is excellent service!!! I complimented the nurse before I left and she said they were working on short staff- amazing medical care. Thank you .

Liked the wait in line feature. I was sure of when I could leave my couch and not have to wait. Very polite reception staff. Was brought back quickly,. Tech was able to able to help me with my paperwork. Asked permission to take a COVID test. PA was very professional and to the point with a caring attitude. She ordered x-rays and I was led to some very new, very state of the art x-ray machine. Tech saw one of the problems. PA was able to diagnose me with COVID AND pneumonia . Was shocked. PA sent meds to pharmacy and was good to go.
