Recently moved to Belleville, IL. Had a tooth emergency. Stone Falls Dental Care is phenomenal! My friend referred me to them and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. They are reasonably priced especially for those without dental insurance. The staff is very knowledgeable and actually listen to your concerns. Doreen was super gentle with my cleaning. Tammy is simply hysterical yet super professional! Dr Prane is the best of the best. Her techniques are incredible. Had to get two fillings and her skill was like being at the philharmonic! I was looking for a new dentist and had been reading a lot about the local ones. I chose Stone Falls Dental and made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. I was told that the dentist would need to examine me first before doing that. That didn't bother me any because the dentist needed to look at my teeth before doing anything. I make my 1st visit and everyone that I talked to was professional and sociable. Dr. Prane examined me and told me what was going on with my teeth. She suggested treatment options and gave me prices for them as well. I have been back for 3 other appointments and have had the same great experience with Dr. Prane and everyone in the dentist office.

Dr. Prane and her staff do outstanding work, they are all very thoughtful and knowledgeable. The front office ladies are very welcoming and helpful, they carefully go over the details with me on the billing/insurance side of things and make sure that everything is in order. The dental technicians do an excellent job, always making sure I'm comfortable and they are very thorough. Following suit, Dr. Prane is top-tier as well: she is happy to answer questions and explains things very well. I would highly recommend Stone Falls Dental and Dr. Prane, my entire family is planning on switching over.

Dr. Prane fully explained the procedure that she was doing and kept me informed throughout the process. The staff that assisted her was knowledgeable and kind. Everyone is very professional. I love going to Stone Fall Dental Care! I always have a great experience with the dental services. Appointments are always available for closer dates compared to other offices where you have to wait for months to come for a consultation. The appointment reminders are awesome and make me remember all of my appointments. Also, the reception team are so kind and welcoming!
