WellNow Urgent Care

I had an exceptional experience at WellNow this past week at the Transit location in Lancaster/Depew area, which honestly surprised me based on a past visit to a different location. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Cassie, who took my vitals, symptoms, and health history, was one of the kindest and most caring people I've encountered in a healthcare setting. She truly listened, was gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Phil was just as wonderful. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive, and I never felt rushed. I made my appointment online the night before, and the moment I walked in I was taken straight back. I didn't even sit in the waiting room for a minute, which has never happened to me before. Every aspect of my appointment in suburban Buffalo was excellent. Pre check is convenient and time saving. Check in was quick and courteous. I was seen at the exact time of my appt. My nurse was very kind, and my Attending was very helpful and offered a great treatment plan, and was a pleasure to visit with. My scripts arrived very quickly at my pharmacy. It was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. My thanks.

I would like to say how amazing Jessica and the young lady that took my vitals. First id like to point out the emergency room at the local hospital could not find out what was going on with me ao I went to your facility and was blessed with Jessica. Immediately was evaluated and she recommended a medication so I agreed to try it and shortly after I started feeling better. Its important to me that medical providers should listen and that what Jessica did. Also she took a few minutes to talk to me and renewed my faith in the medical system. Jessica deserves praise for her professionalism.

Front desk was thorough in check in and let me know what the next step was for care. Wait time was impressive (45min from entry to exit). All staff were polite, respectful and pleasant! Peter Ostrowski PA was polite, professional and listened to my symptoms and treated accordingly. He took my asthma seriously and treated me accordingly (some do not). I feel 90% better. I had to bring my daughter with me, The nurse that came and took my Vitals was super sweet. She offered me & my daughter snacks and a drink, super kind - the doctor then came in and made the appt quick and straight to the point. The receptionist was also super nice & Patience since I have never been to this location before. The appointment took less than 45 minutes From me walking in and walking out. Great experience!
