Wellcare Compounding Pharmacy

The staff are always polite and helpful. I've been using this pharmacy for over 2 years and I've rarely been dissatisfied. They always make sure to have my medications on time.

I usually have a good experience at this pharmacy — the two male pharmacists are always helpful and professional. However, during my last visit about a month ago, the woman named Amanda was very dismissive when I asked questions about my medication. She made me feel brushed off and unimportant, which was disappointing. I hope the management addresses this, because customer care matters.

They prepared my compound antibiotics for my cat within 30 minutes. I called several pharmacies in the area, and some would take 24 to 48 hours or not provide such service. If your animal is sick, you want to make sure they get their medicine started as soon as possible. The pharmacist is friendly, helpful, and informative. Thank you for providing this outstanding service to our community.

I asked for them to not take the money out of my bank account. I gave them my credit card number and ask that they take the money from that credit card. They proceeded to take the money out of my bank account anyway. Now I'm charged with insufficient funds fees and the bill I was trying to pay was unable to be paid. Now I am being charged with late fees from them too. All that could have been avoided if this pharmacy would have charged my credit card like I asked instead of my bank account. Thanks a lot for putting me in debt.

Really an amazing pharmacy, staff is knowledgeable & extremely helpful. The pharmacist, “Jack” is very knowledgeable and is attentive. He really has great customer service skills , more than I’ve seen from other places. I appreciate his knowledge. Thank you all . If you never used a Benzer pharmacy, I suggest you start w/ this location . I was extremely blessed to have found them.
