Kayla is amazing. I’ve had serious pain and swelling in my throat, and my back was constantly on fire, causing my shoulders to curve. After only a few visits with her, I was already feeling so much better. I then met Alesha and had MLD and just wow. The relief was incredible, and she took the time to explain what was happening and why. Shes awesome. Between seeing both of them I’m super happy. I truly feel like if I didn’t Meet them that I would still be suffering with the terrible symptoms Lyme caused. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care and understand, but the Key Health & Wellness team absolutely does. I highly recommend them.

Alesha is amazing! Months ago when I started with her I could barely walk on my left leg. As of today I have barely any pain. She knows her stuff and always focuses on the areas that need it most. And the stretching she adds as well is amazing. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I have had a few massages done at Key health and wellness, and it has honestly been the best experience. I love that it’s about actually fixing an issue as opposed to just a relaxation massage (which is offered there too). Kayla takes a clinical approach and comes up with a comprehensive treatment plan to actually treat and fix the issue, not just have you become a forever client to manage the issue.
