Rolling Acres Dentistry

Took off work for my dental cleaning which is 100 percent covered twice a year and girl at check in said I had to pay for dental cleaning. She had a prepared document done by Jenna for me to sign and requested payment. I declined Oral screening and Fluoride, and no x-rays were due today and she still tried to collect on the dental cleaning. I called my dental insurance company (Guardian) which confirmed I am covered 100 percent twice a year for cleanings and Dr. is in network. Beware of charges and check with your dental company before going in for your visit!

Update: The Dentist office corrected everything on May 20,2025 and made it right. Jenna is the absolute best and I thank you and she does return your phone call. I have only been to this office 4 times in overall it's been a good experience until May 5,2025. I came in for a cleaning and afterwards I question things that were on the estimate quote to insurance to make sure insurance pay for them. Because as a patient I don't know the Dental Codes. Then I was told insurance doesn't pay for an Oral Cancer Screening my quote was $50 and my hubby was $20 (in 1-25 visit) and we are on the same plan thru his employment then my question why was it on my bill and why wasn't I told prior to it being done? I had the best cleaning today with Courtney! My teeth were actually whiter after her thorough, yet gentle job. She continually checked to be sure that i was comfortable. Courtney was friendly and professional. This was my first encounter with her , i would love to have her every cleaning!

Just had the pleasure of meeting Courtney, the new Dental Hygienist. She was outstanding and provided the best cleaning I have ever had and that is no exaggeration. Along with Dr Bernal, Michelle (who I adore) and support staff, this is a wonderful practice whom I highly endorse.

Very clean, welcoming office & exam rooms. Friendly, professional staff, from reception desk to dental assistants (Michelle's not to be matched, from phone intro to overall procedure ... and I was a 'fit-in patient); the man that numbed me; and Dr. Bernal was SUPER good. Extensive, multiple procedures all done with much care ... and NO PAIN. Can't wait to go back, uh, who really wants to go to the dentist? Greatly satisfied! L. Oberg
