Check in and incision/device check went great. Christian listened to us. Educated us. Showed care and concern. THEN..things went downhill for my dad and she attended to him, called a doctor in to check him out and even called emergency services. It was all unexpected but the office stayed calm and took quick action. They all worked together to care for my dad and us as well. I appreciate them for that. I would recommend them.

In spite of other patients to see, on a busy day, Dr. Garcia took time to ask how I was doing and thoroughly review with me all my test results. He discussed treatment options in a way that was clear, informative and compassionate. He was positive and encouraging as we agreed how to move forward . Not only does he listen, he is caring. He has a delightful, warm personality with a great sense of humor. He is held on high regard by his staff and his patients—and he knows his specialty! He is what each of us hope for in our doctor.

My experience with the Heart and Vein Center and their entire staff has been excellent in every respect. They deserve and earn top scores. I, unfortunately have had several major operations and procedures where the care was less than ideal. With Dr Garcia and his staff at the Heart and Vein Center the staff has been excellent in every way. Stefanie Jordan has been excellent at keeping me posted and knowledgeable as I encountered a series of procedures to corrrect issues related to my heart and explained exactly what I needed to remove any anxiety I had about the procedures that were scheduled. Dr. Couterier is absolutely wonderful and his PA, Scott, is very thorough, detailed oriented and very good. I have had to call after hours several times and reached Dr. Garcia. Dr. Garcia is also great and I would not hesitate seeing him as well. The entire staff and facility needs to be commended and certainly worth many accolades.

The front desk are great. The check you in very quickly. The staff that performs the testing are fantastic. They care about you explain everything. Thumbs up for these clinical staff. Dr. Bower is horrible when exercising his words. Says one thing and then says he never said it. His nurse is just as bad. I was furious at how I was treated. No bedside manner what so ever. I have never argued with a physician before until this Dr Bower. He worries more about himself than his patients.
